Mosnar Group has been selected as the MBE Development Consultant for Icon Marina Village in West Palm Beach, Florida, leading MBE contractor outreach efforts for the project. Groundbreaking took place on April 7, 2021, marking the beginning of a transformative waterfront development.

Spanning over five acres in a prime waterfront location, Icon Marina Village offers breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean, Palm Beach Island, and Downtown West Palm Beach. This development represents the first phase of a 19+-acre integrated master plan in partnership with the world-renowned Rybovich, situated at the site of their Superyacht Marina.

Icon Marina Village will feature 399 luxury residences within two high-rise towers, complemented by an array of premium amenities.
