A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Davis brings over 40 years of expertise in executive management across both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has held corporate executive roles in real estate acquisition and development, community economic development, business development, and construction management. Additionally, Mr. Davis has served in senior positions within local and state government management. 

Mr. Ron Davis, a native of West Palm Beach, FL, is the Founder and President of Mosnar Group, LLC, a premier real estate development and strategic management consulting firm headquartered in West Palm Beach. With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Mr. Davis has held executive leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, bringing extensive expertise in real estate development, municipal administration, and corporate management.

Before establishing Mosnar Group, LLC, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President of Dominion Developers, a Miami Beach-based firm specializing in affordable housing communities throughout South Florida. His leadership and vision in real estate development have been instrumental in shaping numerous projects aimed at enhancing community living and economic growth.

In the public sector, Mr. Davis served as City Manager of Riviera Beach, FL, where he was the chief administrative officer responsible for overseeing all municipal operations. His extensive experience in local government also includes key roles such as Assistant City Manager of West Palm Beach, Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs at the School District of Palm Beach County, and Deputy Director of Finance and Revenue for the District of Columbia Government.

At the state level, Mr. Davis played a vital role as Senior Assistant for Community & Economic Development Policy to former Governor Bob Graham. In this capacity, he spearheaded the research, development, and management of numerous statewide community redevelopment initiatives, with a particular focus on urban revitalization.

In the corporate sector, Mr. Davis has held senior management positions with national oversight across multiple functional divisions, including real estate, business development, marketing, and governmental relations. As Executive Vice President for Real Estate at Capital Asset Research Corporation, he managed a national real estate portfolio exceeding $600 million and led affordable housing rehabilitation and development initiatives in major cities such as Atlanta, GA; New Haven, CT; Bridgeport, CT; and Pittsburgh, PA.

With a career defined by strategic leadership and a commitment to economic and community development, Mr. Davis continues to drive impactful change through Mosnar Group, LLC, leveraging his vast experience to create innovative solutions in real estate and beyond.
