As a member of the Mosnar team for eight years, he has demonstrated a keen ability to drive innovation, execute high-level business strategies, and optimize operational efficiencies. A creative and detail-oriented thinker, Mr. Pearcey has a proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership, executive management, and technical expertise, consistently delivering results, quality, and performance.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer at Mosnar, Mr. Pearcey oversees the company’s daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performance corporate culture. His core competencies include managing business operations, overseeing business affairs, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive informed decision-making.

As a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Pearcey has built an impressive career marked by innovation and success. He has founded and led two independent media sales and distribution companies, which collectively generated over $100 million in total sales. His extensive media industry experience includes working with top-tier organizations such as Mosnar Group, Warner Brothers Television, AMC Communications, and The Miami Herald.

With 15 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Pearcey previously held the COO position at Black Pearl Entertainment, a limited partnership he established with Warner Brothers Television. In this role, he spearheaded the acquisition, distribution, creation, and sales of ethnically diverse television programming for broadcast syndication and cable television, further cementing his reputation as a visionary leader in the media and entertainment industry.
